How easy/ difficult is it to wash it out of your hair? Will you need shampoo or just water?
If I don’t have heat protection, should I just use the cold setting on damp hair or just find another solution? I try to toweldry it as much as I can but when I apply clay it gives it the shiny pomade look. I’m using anchors courage clay so maybe I should switch over?
this or Kevin Murphy Rough Rider ? Which is more hold?
trace2101 I think they have similar hold but rough rider is more oily in my hair

hey I have HDF claymation, should I try out the cavalier clay or the Arcadian Clay pomade to get something different?

Arcadian is incredible
If you have thin hair go with Arcadian. If you have thick/wavy/coarse/frizzy hair, go with Cavalier. Cavalier is heavier and has more hold. Both give great texture.

Maybe it's just me, but the volume on your videos seem very low.
the cavalier can't be used as a pre styler right?
Indie Guy Clays are not good as pre-stylers because they are heavy and will weigh your hair down=less volume
Tldr: grab a bit. Warm it up. Put it in your hair. No need for this video

Not with this clay.. at least not for me. Shit is grippy as fuckkkk.
Damp hair is rather mandatory with this product for me.
Other than that.. a lot of people wanna make sure they're doing it right, or just haven't yet seen how it's done.. for all they know, it might be more complicated.. or maybe they just wanna know straight up how much to use and how to spread and apply it, so as they don't have to shit around with trial and error if they fuck it up to some degree and maybe not knowing exactly what went wrong.
I was surprised to see how many bad ingredients are in this clay :( I thought joe would use better ingredients instead of mineral oil, propylene glycol etc
the finger flip thing u do to show the product is horrifically gay lol
The last thing I want in my hair is pliable waxy shit in my hair all day. Just get a good hair cut and be yourself.
